Orders may be picked up at a predetermined location and must be scheduled in advance with confirmation given within 24hrs of pick up. Pick up's will be allotted a 15-minute timeframe from scheduled time. If you miss your pickup time or will be running late, please reach out to let me know. If I receive no confirmation/communication regarding a request to reschedule within 24hrs of scheduled pickup, I will reach out to you. If no response is received within 72hours, this will result in your order being forfeit and no refund/credit will be given.
You may request changes to your order (e.g. opting for another seasonal kit/flavor changes/additions) and I will do my best to accommodate changes. Order changes must be requested at least 1 week prior to scheduled pick up date.
Orders cancelled less than a week before delivery date of order will be non-refundable or receive credit for future order. If I must cancel an order due to an emergency, a full refund will be issued. All sales are final.
